Our Staff

All staff are rigorously vetted to British Standard 7858, to include a ten year reference period, personal and professional referees, financial status checks and prior work experience assessment.
Assignments requiring further training for a specific job function can be serviced by our specialist team or out-sourced to an approved agency. Although staff are specifically recruited or re-assigned from existing employment and trained for individual job assignments, Clients are invited to take part in the selection process.
Our staff also enjoy good rates of pay and benefits.

Training Policy

The Agency regards training as an essential tool in the development of its employees and has invested in developing its own training program. Our Officers Open Learning package is designed to give staff an in-depth knowledge of store security procedures, criminal and civil law, arrest procedures, statement writing and other essential subjects.
We conduct refresher training on a yearly basis to ensure that our officers are kept aware of the continuing change within our industry.

Area of Operation

Our area of operation is currently the South of England and Wales. We have experience of operating in the following areas: Hastings, Eastbourne, Brighton & Hove, Worthing, Bognor Regis, Horsham, Crawley, Portsmouth, Aldershot, Farnborough, Guildford, Chertsey, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford and Sevenoaks, Margate, Bristol, Swindon, and Cardiff.
