We are responsible for protecting our Clients assets. This includes buildings, merchandise, money and the welfare of our Clients, their Customers and Staff and our fellow Officers. We do this by preventing incidents from happening and by stopping incidents that are occurring.
Creating and Maintaining a Partnership with Clients Management
To be effective we must create and maintain a partnership with Client management. An open line of communication between our Company and our Clients management can help all of us work in harmony and reach common goals. We do this by promoting our Company as a total support for Clients Management.
Maintaining Confidentiality
We always maintain confidentiality in all aspects of our job. We do this to protect the rights of privacy that all individuals are entitled to. We are also concerned with protecting the innocent and preventing unnecessary damage to anyone’s reputation. We do not divulge any information relating to our Clients. We do this by being discrete with the information we are privileged to know.
Being Professional
We always perform professionally. We do this to maintain our success in preventing losses to our Clients. We do this by being well trained, alert and factual in our reporting of information.
Being Committed To Customer Service
We are 100% committed to superior customer service. We do this by being courteous, co-operative, patient and discreet at all times. We do this by acting on facts not assumptions, stereotypes or our own personal biases. We do this by always treating our Clients, our Clients Customers, fellow officers and those we come into contact or apprehend with respect regardless of race, colour, religion, sex or national origin.
We are one of the few security companies who have registered under the Act to process personal data for Crime Prevention and the Apprehension & Prosecution of Offenders. This allows us to keep records of all persons detained by the Agency and make them available to our staff and customers for the above purpose.
